Holiday Care

Everyone needs extra love during the holidays! A small supplement applies for visits on:

  • New Year's Eve and Day

  • Easter

  • Memorial Day

  • Independence Day

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving

  • Christmas Eve and Day

Holiday supplements:

  • One visit: +$10 per day

  • Multiple visits: +$15 per day

Holiday bookings must be firm, as this is a very busy time for us.

We recommend booking at least two weeks ahead to avoid disappointment due to availability.

Please ensure you have confirmed dates and times in advance, as late changes affect our scheduling and other pet visits.

Before Your First Visit

Everything starts with a complimentary meet-and-greet in your home. During this 30-60 minute visit, we'll get acquainted with you and your pets while gathering essential information. This helps reduce any misunderstandings and ensures your pets feel comfortable with their new friend.

Service Guidelines

  • Your pets' safety is our top priority, which means we provide indoor-only care - no exceptions. We cannot care for pets kept in garages or outdoor areas, as Florida's extreme temperatures make this unsafe. All pets must be kept inside your temperature-controlled home during our care.

  • For extended care, dogs receive three daily visits to keep them happy and active. Our feline friends need daily check-ins - we never do alternate-day visits as their safety and comfort are paramount.

  • We only care for pets that are part of your household. Any visiting pets must be pre-approved and evaluated before we can include them in our care. For everyone's safety, we cannot accept aggressive animals or those with a history of biting.

  • Payment for first service is collected at our meet-and-greet, with subsequent payments due before service begins. We accept multiple payment options for your convenience:

    • Venmo

    • Zelle

    • Cash

    • Check

  • If plans change, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations with less than two weeks' notice are subject to a 25% fee, while changes within one week require full payment as we've reserved this time specially for your pets.

Emergency & Safety

Rest easy knowing your pets are in certified, experienced hands. We maintain American Red Cross Pet First Aid certification and are prepared to handle any situation with care.

Home Security

We take security seriously. Here's how we protect your home and pets:

  • Two sets of keys required before service begins

  • Secure coding system uses pet names and numbers, never addresses

  • All keys must be handed directly to us - no keys left outside or "under the mat"

  • Credit card must be on file with your veterinarian

  • Emergency contacts required and kept updated

  • No shared access during care period - please reschedule maintenance services
